2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on factors such as weight, dimensions, and the destination of the items. The payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase. This amount will be the final cost for shipping to the customer.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

If you wish to return items due to a change of mind, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item. The products should be returned to us in their original packaging, unused, and in a resellable condition. Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer, and you will need to arrange your own shipping. Once we receive and accept the returned items, we will process a refund in the form of store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you by email once the refund is completed. Please note that while we will refund the value of the goods returned, the shipping charges will not be refunded.

3.2 Warranty Returns

If you need to make a warranty claim, please do so within 90 days of receiving the items. Customers are responsible for pre-paying the return shipping, but we will reimburse the amount upon successful validation of the warranty claim. Once we receive the items for a warranty claim, we will process it within 7 days. You will have the choice of receiving a refund to your payment method, store credit, or a replacement item (subject to availability).

4.5 P.O. Box and Military Address Shipping

We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Military addresses can be shipped to using USPS.

4.6 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait until it becomes available before dispatching your order. Other items in your order will be reserved during this period.

Please note that you may receive a random flavor of products unless you specify a preference in your order notes or via WhatsApp.
